Unknown Device Identifier

Unknown Device Identifier fornisce un valido aiuto nell'identificazione delle periferiche marcate come sconosciute nella fienstra "Gestione periferiche" di Windows. Grazie all'utilizzo di questo programma è possibile stabilire l'identità di un componente hardware quindi provvedere all'installazione dei relativi driver.
Il software restituisce informazioni quali nome della pariferica, produttore, tipo del dispositivo.

Unknown Device Identifier enables you to identify the yellow question mark labeled Unknown Devices in Device Manager. And reports you a detailed summary for the manufacturer name, OEM name, device type, device model and even the exact name of the unknown devices. With the collected information, you might contact your hardware manufacturer for support or search the Internet for the corresponding driver with a simple click. With this utility, you might immediately convert your unidentified unknown devices into identified known devices and find proper driver on the Internet and contact the hardware device manufacturer or vender. Known devices recognized by Microsoft Windows will also be analyzed independent of the operating system.

You are suggested to do a thorough driver backup with My Drivers after you have identified all the unknown devices with their proper device drivers software installed.

Vi chiedo un piccolo consiglio: Ho installato con successo questo applicativo su un IBM Thinkpad 42 e mi ha dato grandi soddisfazioni.

Oggi l'ho provato, per recuperare un driver "non identificato" su un ASUS U5A portatile. La cosa strana è che lanciando il programma non compare nessuna finestra. Vi è mai successa una cosa del genere?. Premetto che in precedenza avevo provato qualcosa della freshdevices che ho provveduto a disinstallare in precedenza e a ripulire anche il file di registro...
Magari c'è qualche tool di asus (del tipo asus updater che dà fastidio oppure asusprobe) ma che ho anche disattivato.

Sembra proprio strano ... anche l'antivirus è lo stesso: avast.... boh?

Ciao Mad, Mi ricordavo di aver provato questo programma sul mio portatile Asus e quindi mi sono incuriosito e l'ho scaricato di nuovo e riprovato:



Come vedi funziona perfettamente, (su XP) se poi ti riferisci a vista fammelo sapere che lo provo anche li.

(a proposito il link del download si riferisce alla versione installer che però si può rendere portatile con universal extractor.)

Scusa la superficialità, ma le mie prove sono state fatte tutte su XP. Proverò a renderlo "portabile" con universal extractor, così imparo qualcosa....
